The document proposes to expand the powers of the President to determine the categories of persons entitled to a simplified acquisition of Russian citizenship. “The President of the Russian Federation may determine the categories of such persons not only for humanitarian purposes, but also for any other purpose”, — noted in the project. Categories of people who obtain Russian citizenship in a simplified way

As stated in the explanatory note to the bill, the document provides for “a reduction in the number of requirements for more than 20 categories of persons when they are admitted to citizenship of the Russian Federation and recognized as citizens Russians”. We are talking about:

The driver of the “Lada” Ketov, according to the conclusion of the forensic chemical examination of his body, was sober at the time of the accident: no alcohol was found in his blood.

According to Burmatov, it is proposed to allow regions to keep animals in shelters for life. In addition, the parliamentarian believes that the constituent entities of the Russian Federation should have the right to set fines themselves for animals that walk alone.

We would be of the opinion that it would be right to give them a number of powers.
