From January 28, residents of the capital with symptoms of SARS can take the opportunity to benefit from an audio medical consultation with remote opening of a work stoppage . The corresponding decree was signed by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin. The order for this account was also issued by the Moscow Department of Health.

What is the situation in Moscow polyclinics today? Is it difficult to get to the on-call doctor, are there queues?

Polyclinics in Moscow have switched to an improved mode of operation to receive patients with symptoms of SARS. Queues are not created in polyclinics, because these spaces are expanded, it is not one and two rooms. They are even located on different floors. And it is not difficult for a patient to get to a doctor. He/she can go alone to any polyclinic without an appointment, or pre-register at his/her for a certain time through the portal or in the EMIAS.INFO application or on  mos.ru. Thus, come at a specific time, and make sure that it will be accepted at that time.

What are the security measures that I apply in the clinics?

In addition to dividing the flow of patients according to the diagnosis, we also distribute respirators to protect the respiratory organs. What is very important, the premises are treated with disinfectants, there are antiseptics and equipment that filters the air.

What happens if a large number of patients arrive at the same time?

If a large number of patients arrive, they will be dispersed in specially designated reserve waiting areas. These are both halls and separate offices, which are specially arranged in case of increased flow. Here, patients can expect to see a doctor while maintaining social distancing. What is also very important is that the last two weeks have seen that not all patients needed care due to the severity of their condition. Some patients have cold symptoms that can be treated at home. And since January 28, according to the decree of the mayor of Moscow, with symptoms of SARS, Muscovites can receive both a remote audio consultation from a doctor and open a certificate of disability at distance without going to a clinic. To do this, it will be possible to submit an application in electronic form on the mos.ru portal. Based on the results, the doctor will contact the patient, arrange a consultation, issue an electronic prescription and automatically open a certificate of incapacity for work for SARS for 7 days. The closure will also be done remotely, it will not be necessary to come to the clinic for this, it will be possible to obtain an audio consultation, and, depending on the results, to close the disability file. /p>

What is the best thing to do now if you are not feeling well: call a doctor or go to the clinic yourself?

Depending on the patient's condition . If the patient just has SARS signs, there is no high temperature, he feels slight discomfort, he can come alone, then we recommend to come to the clinic by your own means.

Of course, if the patient does not come alone, if it is for example a patient with reduced mobility or an evolution severe disease, we advise you to call a doctor at home by calling 122.

How do I get to the doctor on duty?

The patient can come alone, without an appointment at any clinic, and can pre-register with  the polyclinic of the place of attachment for a certain time through EMIAS.INFO or the portal mos.ru.
