British scientists have declared that a strain of coronavirus has emerged in Botswana, which could potentially be more dangerous than any other option, writes the Daily Mail.
According to the publication, the strain with the scientific name B 1.1.529 contains 32 mutations, many of which indicate its high transmissibility and resistance to vaccines.
To date, ten cases of this strain have been identified in three countries & dash; Botswana, South Africa and Hong Kong.
