The government of the Russian Federation will create a single contact center for interaction with citizens in the social sphere, writes RIA Novosti.
This was announced by Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers Mikhail Mishustin during today's meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers.
“ We will develop feedback mechanisms with people on social protection and aid allocation ', & ndash; explained the Prime Minister.
He noted that thanks to the contact center it will be possible to get all the information of interest.
Earlier, Mishustin announced the creation of a unique digital platform to support citizens. It is expected that the population will not have to provide papers and certificates to receive help.
It has also become known that the Cabinet will support developers of microcircuits for “ intelligent '' counters.
