Chelyabinsk resident to be tried for revenge killing dog

The prosecution has referred to court a criminal case against a resident of Chelyabinsk accused of killing someone else's dog in order to avenge his goslings, reports the regional department press center.

According to information from the investigation, last summer in the territory of the Kremenkul sand pit, the accused discovered that the goslings belonging to him, which were in free grazing , were injured.

Seeing a Siberian Husky dog ​​walking nearby, he decided that it was she who bit the goslings, and killed the animal. The damage to the hostess amounted to 25 & nbsp; 000 rubles.

The Sosnovsky District Prosecutor's Office has approved the indictment in a criminal case against a 42-year-old man charged under part 1 of the article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Destruction of the property of others”; … The case has been sent back to court for consideration on the merits.
