Moscow City Pedagogical University (MGPU) is introducing a QR code system to attend classes full time on November 15. This is posted on the university website.
Students can present a QR code confirming vaccination against COVID-19 or previous illness. A valid negative PCR test result will also work. If the student does not have such materials then the courses will be conducted entirely in a distance format.
It should be noted that free express tests will be organized at the university for underage students and those with a record medical degree.
Earlier, the Ministry of Education and Science said that after November 8, Russian universities will be able to expand the learning format distance or student self-study.
