Fines for parking on lawns, sidewalks, children's fields or sports grounds are provided for in the draft new Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Code of Offenses administrative). Irina Rukavishnikova, first vice-chair of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Law, reported this to TASS.

For these violations, the draft new Code of Administrative Offenses provides for a warning or a fine in the amount of one to three thousand rubles.
Rukavishnikova clarified that the penalties will be applied by authorized employees of municipalities, and not by traffic police. In addition, it is the municipalities that must make it clear in their improvement rules what exactly is considered a lawn.
Earlier, the Federation Council discussed a possible fine for driving dangerous. Until now, such behavior on the road could go unpunished if the motorist did not become a participant in the accident. If the new Code of Administrative Offenses is adopted & nbsp; motorists will be fined in the amount of three thousand rubles.
