The foreign portal Globalfirepower.com has published data on the military power of Russia and Ukraine for 2022.
“Global combat power demonstrates combat strength relative”, — said in the preface.
The analysis took into account only the quantitative indicators of the armed forces of the two countries, without analyzing their technical characteristics and the training of personnel. The authors compared more than 20 factors. It is not only about the total population and the armament of the countries, but also about a breakdown by types of military equipment: from tanks and hunters to corvettes (small patrol boats of combat).
According to all military parameters (except for the number of reservists, which the Russian Federation has and Ukraine, according to Globalfirepower.com, equal) Russia is greater than Ukraine. Including military spending — 14 times.
