If you look at the judicial practice of Ksenia, second instance courts often change their decision, you can look at the website of the Moscow City Court,” she said.
The lawyer explained that “she has certain clues on how to develop the case.”
Recall that Troitskaya sued Sobchak because of the incident at the St Forum international economy of Sa int-Petersburg. The statement says that during the event, the journalist asked Troitskaya a question: “Which panel did you come to?”
The lawyer saw offensive connotations in this message and filed a lawsuit to protect honor, dignity and business reputation, expecting to receive 50 million rubles in compensation.
