In Uryupinsk, Volgograd region, a major overhaul of a building was completed to accommodate an outpatient cancer center; V.F. Zhogov & # 39; & # 39 ;. The building was almost completely rebuilt: the premises were redeveloped, the roof, windows, entrance halls, heating system and other communications were replaced, by the time the collection, arrangement furniture and equipment installation are in full swing. The whole range of diagnostic equipment is installed here, which is necessary for a full examination of a patient suspected of having a malignant tumor.
For residents of Nyagan and Oktyabrsky District of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, in the compound of the Outpatient Cancer Center, a day hospital continues its work. 35 patients have already received drug treatment. By the end of the year, 130 more people will be undergoing treatment here. Currently, the Center Day Hospital accommodates 10 patients with an established cancer diagnosis. Each has a separate scheme of manipulations prescribed by the attending physician. Within the walls of the Center, built according to the national project “ Health & # 39; & # 39; treatment of complications occurring in citizens in connection with previously received chemotherapy or radiotherapy is organized. It also provides symptomatic medical care and some types of chemotherapy. The unit has a separate room and a treatment room. Taking into account the specifics of the disease and the current pandemic, the time for the procedures is allocated individually.
In the Republic of Adygea, an outpatient oncology center was opened on the basis of the regional center of Koshekhabl hospital. The CAP was created for the timely diagnosis of suspected malignant tumors and the treatment of patients (according to the recommendations of the oncological dispensary) in a day hospital setting. The center is equipped with modern equipment, including a computerized tomograph. Reception at the center will be facilitated by 2 oncologists who have undergone specialized training. The center will serve 3 territories & mdash; Giaginsky, Shovgenovsky and Koshekhablsky districts with a total population of over 77,000 people.
