The FSB of Russia has approved a list of information in the field of military-technical activities that do not belong to state secrets, which, if they are transferred to other states, can be used against the security of the Russian Federation, reports RIA Novosti.
Persons who deliberately collect such data for foreign clients, in turn, may be recognized as foreign agents.
The corresponding decree approving this list was published on September 30 on the official portal of regulatory acts.
The list consists of 60 items. It included, in particular, information on the forecasts of the evolution of the military-political and strategic situation, information on the deployment of the armed forces and power structures, information on the methods of combat training of the military , etc.
The list also includes information on the results of research and development work on the creation and modernization of special weapons and equipment, as well as data on the activities of Roscosmos.
Earlier it was also reported that the State Duma intends to settle the issue of the liability of foreign agents for interference in the elections.
