Moscow, for the second year in a row, ranks fourth in The World's 100 Best Cities ranking of the world's 100 best cities. It is compiled by the consultancy firm Resonance Consultancy on the basis of indicators of tourist attractiveness, comfort for living, working and doing business. Additionally, when compiling the list, indicators were considered in 24 areas, grouped into six categories: location, product, people, economic prosperity, leisure, promotion.
