Windy October weather and low precipitation is expected in Moscow on a weekend, a prominent employee of the Phobos meteorological center told RIA Novosti; Evgeny Tishkovets.
The specialist explained that such conditions were established due to the passage of the rear part of the North Atlantic cyclone over the region. According to Tishkovets, some of the cold polar air with a background temperature 5 degrees below the climate norm will enter the atmosphere.
As a result, Muscovites and guests from the capital Sunday will have cloudy weather with clear spells, with little rain and a northwesterly wind of 4 to 9 meters per second. The thermometer in Moscow will reach plus 9-11 degrees, in the Moscow region – plus 7-12.

Recall that at the end of August the first frosts were recorded in central Russia. In the Central Forest Reserve of the Tver region, the thermometer dropped to -0.2 degrees.
The Hydrometeorological Center also named the regions where frosts are expected in September. So in the eastern part of Taimyr and in Evenkia at night it can be colder down to minus three degrees, and in Chukotka and the Magadan region up to minus ten.
