According to the bill, a temporary residence permit for these students will be issued immediately for the entire period of study. In addition, within three years of graduation, foreign students will be able to obtain a residence permit in a simplified way.
The corresponding document was approved at a government meeting on June 10. In the near future he will be sent to the State Duma.
