The head of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, Valery Falkov, announced the staff changes at the university's academic council.
The day before it was reported that the Rector of HSE Yaroslav Kuzminov, who had been in charge of the university for 28 years, has left his post. HSE was founded in 1992. Then Kuzminov became the youngest director of the Federal University of Russia.
The President of Russia Vladimir Putin, who has left the post of Rector of the HSE, awarded the Order of Merit to the Fatherland; II degree, the decree on the price is published on the Kremlin website.
It is worth noting that Kuzminov will continue to work at the Graduate School of Economics as the academic director of the university.
