Suspects of beating passenger on metro face up to 15 years in prison

Three Dagestan natives, suspected of beating a passenger in the Moscow metro, could face up to 15 years in prison if the case is brought before the RF IC.

The case is now being processed by the headquarters of the Interior Ministry in the capital which has opened a case of hooliganism. The Board of Inquiry turned to the prosecutor's office and opened a case for attempted murder, reports RIA Novosti.

If young people are tried under the article on hooliganism, then the maximum sanction is here & ndash; seven years in prison.

On October 4, three thugs in the Moscow metro beat a young man who was defending the girl. One of the participants in the fight insulted her. As a result, the victim received facial fractures, nose and bruises.

It is reported that the attackers were drunk, and two of them already have criminal records. Earlier, the UK said that during the arrest one of the suspects threatened with a police object that looked like a knife.
