The scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of the Russian Federation Roman Vilfand said that the velvet season has started in all resorts in Russia, reports TASS.
During a conversation with the correspondent agency, the meteorologist noted that the cold snap in part of Russia is not expected in the near future.
According to him, in the Krasnodar Territory the background temperature will be 25-28 degrees Celsius, in Sochi – 25-27 degrees, in Crimea – 23 degrees.
“ It & # 39; s not too hot during the day, on summer nights, the water temperature is nice, “he added.
Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea, Vadim Volchenko, said that this summer the region was visited by more than 5.2 million tourists, which is one and a half times more than last summer. At the same time, the tax revenue of the tourism industry budget exceeded 2.1 billion rubles.
