A special section for foreigners has appeared on the portal of public services, currently there are five services, reported the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation.
Foreign citizens will be able to view available vacancies on the “Work of Russia” website, check restrictions on entering the country, register with the Ministry of Internal Affairs to apply a patent, receive statements of salary and pension experience, write a complaint to the labor inspectorate.
To register in the portal “Gosuslugi” a foreigner will need to create a simplified account using full name and email address. In addition, you will need a Russian SIM card and SNILS, which can be obtained from employers or any territorial body of the FIU.
To complete the registration, a foreign citizen will need to confirm their identity. This can be done through an online bank with a Russian bank card, or at any service center for users of public services.
