The results of the Moscow KidSkills Children's Championship, which set a record in terms of number of participants and skills, were summed up in the capital, reported the press service of the mayor of Moscow.
“ This year, more than 14,000 people from 544 educational institutions in the capital competed in 26 skills', & mdash; said deputy director of the Moscow Ministry of Education and Science Alexander Tverskoy. & nbsp;
The awards were received by 352 teams from 207 educational institutions in the capital: 112 gold, 119 silver and 121 bronze.
For the second year in a row, the Moscow State Educational Complex won the team event in terms of the number of winners and winners. The second place was taken by preschoolers and students of the School of the College of Small Business No.4, the third – & mdash; students of the educational institution “ Nekrasovka School. & # 39; & # 39;
This year, participants competed in two categories for children: 5-7 years and 8-10 years, as well as in the family category FamilySkills. In the latter, adults played with children aged 10 to 14.
“ For the first time, we invited parents to the championship to participate in the new FamilySkills category. This format brings families together, teaches them how to support each other in a variety of '& # 39; & # 39 ;, & mdash; situations. Tverskoy pointed out.
Regardless of skill, participants had to show skills needed in adult life: the ability to work in a team, business communication and stress resistance.
“ In the skill 'Mobile robotics' real skill is required: guys build and program the robot. The competition area was an imitation of the KamAZ factory workshop, where robots deliver spare parts. Recall that the first KidSkills championship for children was held in Moscow in 2018. Five skills were presented there. The following year the number of skills increased to 10.
