Digitization is rapidly entering all spheres of life, and now not only large companies but also medium-sized companies need their own IT specialists. Today the country lacks 300,000 ICT employees, despite the fact that almost all technical universities train specialists, bachelors and masters in this field.

Young people have already understood the trend and appreciated the fact that here you can count on decent wages. And the area itself is very appealing to people born in the age of gadgets. Therefore, many are going or planning to go. But in what sense?

After school & ndash; at the university

However, large companies usually cooperate with renowned universities. Thus, not all young people, especially in the regions, can follow training there. And not all new IT people, especially regions, are going to work in flagship companies. Many will be content with a more modest scale.

In this case, Vitaly's path seems to be the most effective. Mid-sized regional companies will welcome a promising young student who, after graduation, will stay here to work.

This is if we view the situation as an individual. And if we are talking about the country as a whole, then the university course does not cover the needs of computer scientists. Every year, Russian universities and technical schools graduate more than 80,000 graduates, and the need for a year increases by 95,000 people.
