The draft rules for the awarding of grants for the development and implementation of a program aimed at improving the digital literacy of the population has been published. It was presented by the Mincifry. Grants will be awarded to legal entities that have experience in implementing projects in the field of digital literacy and cyberhygiene. The decision will be made on the results of the competitive selection.
“ Personal digital literacy is becoming an essential prerequisite for working in an online environment. Sometimes visiting dangerous sites, failure to recognize frankly fraudulent actions in networks leads to serious problems for the user, especially those affecting personal data, which is the main value of a citizen in the & nbsp; cyberspace & raquo; , & nbsp; & mdash; said Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko … He also noted that several projects on teaching computer science and increasing the level of digital skills are already being implemented under the Digital Economy program. The new & nbsp; project aims to increase the level of citizens' awareness of & nbsp; personal information security issues. In 2022, the state will allocate 200 million rubles for educational events. In total & nbsp; until & nbsp; 2024, the investment will amount to 600 million rubles, noted Dmitry Chernyshenko.
The winner of the competition will have the task of & nbsp; & mdash; develop a plan for the implementation of the program until the year 2024. Next year it is planned to launch a service to increase e-literacy, designed for civil servants.
