Precipitation will turn to snow in the afternoon when the thermometer drops below zero. The cold snap will be accompanied by strong westerly winds, the forecaster warned. In the evening the gusts will intensify to 15-20 meters per second, ice is forming on the roads.
Recall that on Sunday in Moscow and the Moscow region a yellow level of meteorological hazard was declared, the warning is valid from 8:00 p.m. Sunday to 8:00 p.m. Monday.
