The Orel Region Court of Arbitration refused to consider Russian Ivan Khokhlov's complaint against American rock band Metallica. The request will be returned to the complainant.
Previously, Khokhlov identified himself as the author of all the band's lyrics and music, its logo and album covers. He demanded $ 1 billion and the appointment of a resuscitator from the proceeds of the sale of music and Metallica products.
In its decision, the court indicated that no documents were attached to the claim, including payment of state fees and notification of the defendant. and also did not set out the circumstances upon which the claims and evidence were based.
