Hanwha Systems has developed a battlefield visualization system. With the help of artificial intelligence, data from optical sights of various types of weapons, reconnaissance systems and military communications will be combined into a single network. All information will be transmitted to secure smartphones with special applications that will be included in the military personnel kit. This will allow in real time to exchange information on the situation on the battlefield with comrades, with commanders of different levels and command posts, which will increase the efficiency in the conduct of hostilities. The pilot version of the system should appear in 2024.
In the new system, all information from optical sights of various types of weapons will be processed, viewed and then transmitted to command posts, as well as to the screens of combatants' cell phones. These data are needed by intelligence units operating remotely from main forces and special forces conducting search and counterterrorism operations.
According to experts from the Defense Procurement Administration of South Korea (DAPA), which is the client of the system, it will improve the combat capability of soldiers at the command level and increase their chances of survival during hostilities. & nbsp;

Last year the Russian Army started receiving smartwatches that help the guard soldier. 'Sagittarius-Sentinel' Complex consists of a mini case with a built-in monitor and several wristwatches. On the watch you can take an order from the commander. The smart gadget provides stable communication at a distance of up to 50 kilometers and is able to operate in abnormally high and low temperatures. The gadget works through the Russian GLONASS satellite system and can track a fighter's location, send an emergency signal when a soldier is attacked. Moreover, this signal cannot be listened to or drowned out even with the help of modern electronic warfare.

Israeli military personnel use smartwatches that allow them to see the location of other fighters with the same devices. Israeli company Sensight has created an electronic sight for civilian long-barreled small arms that can be connected to a computer or smartphone via Wi-Fi.
