Tropical Storm 'Henry' hit the state of Rhode Island on the east coast of the United States, TASS reports.
According to the National Center for Hurricane Watch, wind gusts reach 27 m/s. The storm is heading northwest at a speed of 5.5 m/s.
Forecasters predict the storm will subside as it moves across land. The main blow is expected to fall on Long Island (New York State) and Connecticut.
