On July 16, Bashkirova, who was driving a foreign car, hit three young children in the capital at an unregulated pedestrian crossing. The injured children were seriously injured and were hospitalized, two of them, boys aged 4 and 5, later died.

The court first sent the girl under house arrest. However, after the children died, the police, at the request of the prosecution, reclassified the article of the penal code, according to which the charge was laid, to a more serious charge and asked the court to place student in detention

Bashkirova got her rights last year, no alcohol was found in her blood. The criminal case is being investigated by investigators from the capital's MIA headquarters. They didn't transfer him to TFR.
