There is also a second group of refugees (they are the majority), it includes citizens with children who do not live in TAPs , but with their loved ones. These are those who independently left the territory of Donbass. For them, the regional Ministry of Education has established a different procedure for enrolling in schools.

“Citizens staying with their relatives” must contact the national education management bodies of their actual place of residence with a certificate. The children will be enrolled in local schools, », — told the regional news service.
