As the press service of the Rostov region explained to AiF.ru, representatives of the regional Ministry of Education work with refugees who were taken out in an organized manner from the LPR and DPR and placed in one of the 80 TAPs. They take into account every school-aged child. The children will be enrolled in schools located close to the TACs for the convenience of the refugees. Prior to this, a medical examination and a PCR test for the coronavirus are required.

For these purposes, educational psychologists work in TAPs. Those who are ready to resume their studies are enrolled in the schools closest to TAP. There is also a second group of refugees (they are the majority), it includes citizens with children who do not live in TAPs , but with their loved ones. These are those who independently left the territory of Donbass. For them, the regional Ministry of Education has established a different procedure for enrolling in schools.

Admission to municipal organizations of preschool education of children of refugees is carried out on an equal basis with citizens of the Russian Federation, the press service of the region stressed.
