According to him, this would solve the problem of the shortage of drugs and their unjustified price premium. He explained that not all regional centers have pharmacies that are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, due to the lack of a number of drugs, people have to go to the regional center.
Volodin noted that often in the event of a dispute in private pharmacies, it is impossible to find a responsible person.
