Plot to arrest blogger Yuri Khovansky in terrorist propaganda case
Kuibyshevsky District Court decided to release blogger Yuri Khovansky from the remand center, prohibiting certain actions in connection with a criminal case to justify terrorism, reports RIA Novosti.
He was released until January 8. The duration of the investigation in this case has been extended until February 9 inclusive. Khovansky will be released from the isolation ward today. The investigator pointed out that the blogger's passport was seized. & Nbsp;
Earlier it was reported that the Kuibyshevsky District Court in St. Petersburg, where the inquiry's request to change the measure of restraint was considered for Khovansky, received a letter that the building has been mined. The information has been passed on to law enforcement.
The blogger was arrested in the summer of 2021. He is charged with justification of terrorism because of the song he performed on the stream, which was dedicated to the tragedy of Nord-Ost. & nbsp;
