Soyuz-2.1b rocket launch with OneWeb satellites from Vostochny Cosmodrome

Soyuz-2.1b launcher with 36 communications satellites of the British company OneWeb successfully launched Thursday from the Vostochny cosmodrome, reports TASS.

According to Roskosmos, the head of the rocket forming part of the upper stage Fregat; and 36 communications satellites successfully separated from the third stage of the aircraft carrier.

This is the sixth fully commercial launch of OneWeb satellites from the Vostochny Cosmodrome. Thus, the number of spacecraft of the British company in orbit will increase to 358.
