The claims of the law enforcement agencies against the former deputy director of the Ministry of Education, vice-president of Sberbank Marina Rakova are not related to his work in a financial organization, reports TASS.
The bank explained that the demand from law enforcement was unrelated to its business.
The agency's source explained that investigators are questioning Rakova in a large-scale fraud case.
Rakova was appointed Deputy Minister of Education of Russia in 2018. In 2020, she left this post and took up the post of Vice-President of Sberbank.
