The decision was taken by the magistrate of the Tagansky district. Under one of the protocols, the company was convicted of failing to remove the banned content. The fine was 2.5 million rubles. Under the second protocol, for the same violation, but committed again, Google was fined 4 million rubles.
The review under another similar protocol is scheduled for November 8.
