The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation has asked universities in the country to compile lists of students from countries closed for coronavirus in order to help them come to study.
As reported on the ministry's Telegram channel, universities will send out applications according to the lists to provide visa support for students of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of the Interior. 39; Education and Science of the Russian Federation & ndash; at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
It is emphasized that each foreign student included in the list will receive instructions from universities on how to enter Russia. At the same time, the main requirement is a negative PCR test for COVID-19.
The department added that regional administrations will have to ensure the vaccination of foreign students. At the same time, educational institutions should prepare the infrastructure so that in the event of a PCR test for the coronavirus not ready or a positive result, the student is placed in self-isolation. .
This algorithm applies to all universities, including private ones.
Earlier, the Department of Education and Science said that foreign students vaccinated against the coronavirus abroad should not be violated.
