The Supreme Court of Russia has referred for reconsideration the case of nationalists Nikita Tikhonov and Yevgenia Khasis, who were convicted of the murder of lawyer Stanislav Markelov and journalist Anastasia Baburova, reports RIA Novosti.

In the Tikhonov and Khasis case, the Russian Armed Forces' cassation decision of September 14, 2011 was overturned and the case was sent back for a new appeal hearing & # 39; & # 39 ;, & ndash; said lawyer Dmitry Agranovsky.
