The Kremlin spokesman noted that the process is complex both technologically and socially, while it is important to preserve people's health without worsening the economic situation.

Peskov also added that in this situation & nbsp; President Vladimir Putin will act exclusively for the good of the people, adhering to a policy of deliberate action. The main task of the authorities remains the promotion of vaccination and revaccination among the population, stressed the Kremlin spokesman.

Recall that the government of the Russian Federation has submitted bills at the State Duma on November 12. They assume that QR codes will need to be displayed when visiting cafes and restaurants, retail stores, cultural institutions, and public events. The restrictions will apply to flights and train travel. The final decision on the adoption of the bills will be taken by the State Duma after discussion in the regions.
