The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation will send Il-38 and Il-38N anti-submarine planes to patrol the circumpolar territories, writes the Izvestia newspaper.

The subject of Arctic development was discussed during talks in Geneva by Russian President Vladimir Putin and US leader Joe Biden.
