The corresponding draft decree of the Ministry of Education has already been published, notes RIA Novosti.
The document emphasizes that the organization must ensure the creation of an educational environment with access to the resources necessary for training.
Previously, the head of the Ministry of Education, Sergei Kravtsov, had expressed hope that the epidemiological situation would allow the year to start in the traditional face-to-face format -face. The minister called it a priority for the ministry.
